A shop: Armstreet

This shop was one of the first I found once I started looking and I frequently swing by their website to check out their new stuff. They don't sell exact medieval replicas but their clothing and armor are beautiful! They sell to both men and women and are actually reasonably priced considering the nice stuff they offer.
There's also a couple of extra things besides clothing on their website such as jewelry, delicious leather bags, belts and cloaks. You can get a Galadriel looking crown with golden leaves if you like. In medieval times the bride would often wear a magnificent bridal crown up until the ceremony. A sign of her virtue.
You can easily find an amasing set of clothes for both bride and groom of perhaps the maid of honor.
What impressed me the most is their incredible sets of armor. You can really become a knight i shining armor, but the price also reflects the amount of work put into these war suits.
Most of their clothing comes in all colors and is sown after your meassurements. So check out their website: http://armstreet.com/

A Shop: Dwarvesong

This is a shop from which I recently bought a circlet and I was very surprised with the great service and the quality in comparison to the price.
The owners are a married couple who was also wed in the medieval way and they are a part of the medieval reenactment environment. They sell handcrafted items such as jewelry, oak books (perfect as a guest book), and these amazing candelabras in medieval style (- I really want one of those).

Here are a few pictures of their work:

And finally a picture of myself wearing the circlet I bought from them. I am not sure I'll wear it at the wedding yet, but it is definitely a favorite. And look how pretty it is!

Check out their website, http://www.dwarvesong.com/ , you might find something for your wedding. :)

A Shop: Medieval Collectibles

As I have written before I will add small reviews of shops were you can find medieval things for the wedding and MedievalCollectibles is absolutely worth mentioning.

I haven't bought anything from there myself, but I have been tempted several times. They have a mix of medieval and renaissance so not everything you can buy will fit a medieval wedding. Furthermore some of the products have a touch of Fantasy/Pirate/Gothic to them, but as the medieval times is a period of myth and mystery too, it's not inappropriate. None the less this is an online store that has a nice variety of medieval products, which is why I want to mention them. Most categories are covered such as clothing, weapons, replica coins, jewelry, very cute costumes for kids, feastware and lots of other stuff.

You can buy a medieval life style if you are willing to pay for it, because of the good quality - especially the weapons and armor impressed me. People praise them for the fine craftsmanship. The prices have a big range too, so you can find something really expensive for the serious medieval collectors, and cheaper pieces (of for example clothing) for the amateur.
